Cambodian artist Poi Chhunly and his wife Kolab set up Cambodia’s first animation studio at the grass roots art school “Phare Ponleu Selapak” in Battambang, not far from the Thai border. The short documentary 25 Frames to Move was produced together with four Cambodian students from the M.E.T.A. film school. Sao Sopheak, Touch Yin Mony, Ngo Menghourng and Ngo Menghak follow the achievements of the lovely and creative couple, who come from poor farm families.
